to mark the centenary, Confindustria has decided to pay particular attention to young people and their transition from academia with the Labour, promoting an initiative aimed at 100 young people with high potential.
The initiative is aimed at encouraging the integration of young graduates into the system of representation, supporting them in understanding the dynamics of organizational and institutional networks of association.

n 12-month internship to be performed at one or more sites of the System of Representation
n 8 days of classroom training

n tutoring and counseling during the course
Facilities
For the 100 participants, in addition to coverage of the participation fee of 4,000 euro, will receive a guaranteed wage of 1,000 euro gross overall.
