When I am asked to talk about architecture, the most frequently asked question is why this choice, but lately I asked what it was for me the architecture!
Here are the premises to be done to address this question.
Especially I would like to explain that (and sometimes it is difficult even to say and express their own words) architecture, in my opinion is a way of life, is not a matter that should be developed and deepened, but because it is far an ongoing process that is not an end in itself, but which has implications for small or large scale to more or fewer people outside the designer.
Architecture as a process and then not like the situation, because it is created the first in a series of transactions, whether cultural or practices that place the system under a new, independent and sometimes it same end in itself.
We can then understand how, when we are faced with the works of architecture, they speak to us and send us their history, their art, their lives.
architecture view that was created by a rule, by a feeling or an idea for a designer who wants it and wants, and not everyone is able to establish certain conditions to be certain situations that are able to establish a relationship of political with what is around.
Hence the architecture, in my opinion, is not for everyone.
If the foregoing is true and if it is true that the architecture must be loved and lived, that is born from a feeling, it is also true that not everyone can practice it.
I believe that an architect should be to establish new conditions in place, new archetypes, new principles and new ways, not easy to create.
